Started in 2007, the farm provides a learning resource for the school, local community groups and offers volunteering opportunities for local residents. Comprising of glasshouses, polytunnels and a series of beds, fruit and vegetables of all description are produced together with medicinal herbs, plants to attract wildlife, and edible flowers.
Established in 2012, Oui Chef have grown to become one of the leading fresh produce suppliers to London’s top restaurants and hotels.
Most of what we do at Neal’s Yard Dairy involves a sharp focus on cheese— on finding, selecting, maturing and selling the British and Irish cheeses we like best. But none of what we do would work were it not for our similarly acute commitment to people. Every step of the way, the success of our work is completely reliant upon the high levels of expertise and enthusiasm of the staff in our maturing arches, offices and shops. Our mission is to improve British cheese, but to do so we need to develop the skills that will drive that improvement and find and support people who feel inspired to make it happen.
ChalkStream®️ sources fine English trout on the world famous Test and Itchen Rivers in Hampshire. Slow grown for 2 years in farms built on fast flowing pure chalk stream water, our trout are fit and lean with a unique, clean taste.
Wright Brothers was founded in 2002 by brothers in law Ben Wright and Robin Hancock. We are a niche, quality-led. seafood supplying to some of the most iconic chefs, hotels and restaurants within the UK.
Our shop is in Barons Court, where our friendly service, passion for good food, and combined years of expertise help customers get the best out of their meat, whatever their requirements. We are extremely proud of how far we have come and continue to strive towards not being the biggest but being the best.
The Keen family has been making their raw milk into traditional cheddar cheese and butter for five generations. The quality is recognised by many awards gold for both cheddar and whey butter.
